Vox 1901 Distortion
Submitted on December 8, 2004
- Output
- The output control is used to regulate the volume level of the distorted sound relative to the normal, unmodified sound. It can be used in two ways; firstly by equalising the volumes obtained with and without the effect in operation so that the effect produces distortion without boosting overall volume; secondly by further increasing the output control, the effect will produce both distortion and instantaneous volume boost. The output level increases as the control is turned in a clockwise direction
- Distortion
- As the distortion control is moved in a clockwise direction the amount of distortion generated is increased. It should be preset at a point which achieves the desired level of valve-type overload distortion.
- Input Impedance
- 1M Ohm
- Output Impedance
- 20K Ohm
