The Fire Ant™ is the ultimate in overdrive versatility. It was designed to blend beautifully with your tube amp to add color and gain without sacrificing your original tone. With three completely different gain circuits, each with dual foot-switchable gain controls, the sonic possibilities are almost endless. You can get anything from a glassy clean boost to a blazing SRV crunch all the way to an over the top, fuzz-like sonic assault. The true secret to the Fire Ant™ circuit is a set of old stock Germanium diodes that bring a detail and richness not found in most overdrive pedals. The Fire Ant™ truly is the leader of the overdrive colony.
