The Park Theatre is MojoHand FX newest release and our first ever DSP based pedal. This pedal was developed along with Cusack Music to emulate the sound of our beloved local music venue in Holland, the Park Theatre. The Park has a long history as a theatre going back to the late 1800s, but it has been a non-profit venue for local and touring musicians for the past 20 years. Every Tuesday night there is a local open mic night, where local musicians who otherwise have no other outlet have an opportunity to play. We value this place highly since it is the only place of its type around the area, and both MojoHand and Cusack Music have long been supporters of the Park. Lately, the Park has come into some urgent repair needs on its outer wall, which was further revealed when a building next to it was torn down. $50,000 is needed as soon as possible to contain this damage, so we thought we would do our part to contribute. Jon Cusack had the idea of making a pedal called the Park Theatre, and we quickly set about to imagining what that would be. 

The Park Theatre pedal isn't simply a reverb/ delay combo, it is carefully voiced to simulate the sound you would get hear when playing in a theatre type of space, and we feel it succeeds nicely! Choose the room size and reflection you like, and everything is possible from a very short doubling effect to a long sustaining hall. (we did add a little extra range for you ambient fans) A demo is upcoming, but we have posted a video clip on the MojoHand Instagram and Facebook so you can get a taste of what it can do. 

Since we need to raise money as quickly as possible, Jon decided we would try to keep the cost of the pedal as low as we could to break even, and to make it accessible to as many donors and pedal lovers as possible. We are giving $50 from every Park Theatre pedal directly to the Park Theatre to go towards their repairs. We have set the price at $125 with free shipping on this first numbered run of 25, but we have left the make offer option on just in case you would like to give a little extra to help the cause. Any amount you offer above $125 will go directly to the Park as well.
