Constant stuttering ON/OFF effect similar to a square wave tremolo or kill switch.
Top knob controls the speed rate, bottom knob and switch control the ratio of ON vs. OFF: Switch to the right, knob far right=50/50, move knob to the left for more ON and less OFF. Switch to the left and the knob delegates less ON and more OFF for more percussive sounds. Expression pedal bypass input allows foot control of the rate knob for rad on the fly speed changes.
