Three levels of very aggressive sound, tho can be tuned down for a clean sustaining overdrive. Bright with dramatic lows, this fuzz is a head turner just 'cause it's ON. Hum and hiss can't be heard in this pedal even if turned up on the highest setting. The sound is not gated. Every nuance is clearly heard. The Ironstone sound clip was made with a Stratalike, middle pu, into the Ironstone's 3rd level into a very clean solid state amp.
