A/DA Amplification
The new PBF FLANGER by ADA is an all-analog flanger in a small enclosure (Pedal Board Friendly “PBF”) using the classic design of the original award-winning ADA Flangers back in the late 1970s. We have added the most requested features: on/off status LED, output signal LEVEL control and a BASS guitar voicing switch. The PBF Flanger has the same sound, feel and retro look as the original “big box” ADA Flangers, but is capable of a wider range of subtle to extreme modulation effects. The PBF can go into self-oscillation and sound like a Theremin, create light to deep chorusing, provide machine-gun vibratos, or “float” your sound with an ultra slow 35 second sweep. The VOLTAGE CONTROL jack can be used with an expression pedal or a voltage to CONTROL the MANUAL function remotely.
The PBF Flanger is made in California, housed in an all-steel industry standard-sized enclosure (4.5” x 2.5” x 1.5” LxWxH), weighing 1 lb.
It requires a 9 to 12 volts DC pedal board power supply or AC adapter (sold separately) at 100mA.
