Wing Music

Wing Music was a shop in Bromley founded by Barry Mitchell, that also sold some guitar effects designed by one of their employees: Dave Roffey (who also became Barry's Brother-in-Law after marrying his sister).

The echo unit (Resounder I) was soon surpassed with the arrival of Reticon delay chips, then later with digital delay lines, but the ADT/Flange unit (Resounder II) went well for quite some time, even surviving Barry's refusal to give one to Brian May, who naturally wanted a free one (in the early days of Queen).
