Vetron is a Brazilian company that started selling pedals around 1986. They were designed by Fernando Lopes between 1983 and 1985 while he was still studying at the Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP).

Vetron stopped making pedals in 1990, when more and more foreign brands (Boss, Ibanez, MXR,...) were imported, making it hard to survive.

Today Vetron makes electronic products for the medical, security, computer and automotive industries, but also the circuits boards for NIG and Onerr effect pedals.
