SGA Channel Simulator

Stained Glass Audio

The Channel Simulator contains a clean boost circuit that is used to give your single channel amplifier two channel-like operation. It can do this in two different ways:

  1. With your amp setup for a clean tone, use the Channel Simulator to push the front end into overdrive. You can also use it to help your amp get that cranked tone at lower volume levels.

  2. With your amp setup for high gain you can turn the Channel Simulator's LEVEL control down like you would your guitar's volume pot to bring a high gain amp setting down to a more articulate dirty overdriven tone. This allows for hands free operation and without sacrificing the guitar's high end.
